Speeding Water Tanker Kills 2 in India
A speeding water tanker in India created fearing sensation on the road. The driver of the tanker has reportedly lost control and he hit a bike. The biker can be seen falling on the road. Two people have reportedly died on the spot.

I think it's fair to say the old man with the stick and the guy on the bike who got hit are the ones whom died.

Hard to believe the water tanker could speed with all that congestion, and equally hard to believe that he didn't stop after the accident.
