Where I live in the Philippines the roads are plagued with these scooters, and their idiot riders who have no road sense at all. They buzz around all over the place like flies around shit, changing lanes, one minute to your left, then to the right, overtaking in traffic then blocking the road when they get to their 30mph top speed. Fuckin' assholes.
