Hopefully, the side panels are plastic like they are on busses, and he's actually in the space that's left when you push the panel in. There might be 4-5" of space, so maybe if they cut the panel, they can lift him out. Otherwise, that's a pretty screwed situation.

He's dead... Unless they keep pressure on him all the way until the hospital (i don't think anything has been invented that can do that AND A TOURNIQUET WILL NOT DO IT), the moment they relive the pressure from his abdomen to set him free, he'll undergo cardiovascular collapse from a lack of venous return plus hemorrhage... Lucky man got to enjoy a few more moments of life... If only he had his phone so he could enjoy the last moments of his life speaking with his loved ones or surfing documentingreality.com's water-cooler  Honestly If only that guy knew how lucky he is to be able to choose what to do during his last moments of life...
