same with the truck driver. they were both looking at each other but no one bothered to stop or slow down. Truck was also signalling for a left turn so maybe thats why the van thought it was ok to turn left inside the lane partially.

Some aftermath footage. According the local media it was the Van drivers fault. The truck had right of way (and could not turn left overthere). The Van simply overlooked the truck according report, while the truck didnt expected the Van to suddenly drive up   ·  ·  · |

Also you could see on the last photo that "after" the traffic lights the truck was alowed to go left, what was his probable intention since he gave direction to the left
