Whilst technically, TECHNICALLY he is in the wrong because he ran a yellow light just as it was about to turn red, why the hell was there already traffic in the intersection if the light had JUST turned red? It means the crossing traffic didn't even wait for their red light to disappear before moving off. Around here, there's a 3 second delay from when one light hits red, before the crossing intersection light turns green. Russians are fucking morons... |
