I find these "neglected dead guy" videos hilarious for some reason  But it's actually not as strange as it looks, in crappy parts of the world it's hard to tell street bum who's just hanging out or sleeping from someone who's actually dead.

China doesn't have "good samaritan" laws. People who try to help those in distress run the risk of themselves being arrested and prosecuted if something goes wrong. Nobody helps this poor man because nobody wants to be blamed for harming him. |
