Four U.S. Marshals, two DEA officers and a sheriff deputy were injured when a second-story wooden deck collapsed on July 21, 2026, during a tactical raid in Huntsville, Missouri.

A joint task force was executing an arrest warrant at an apartment complex on Vaunita Street as part of Operation Adam's Watch, a nationwide sweep targeting non-compliant sex offenders.

Officers were seeking Jacob Alexander Munoz, 26, a convicted sex offender wanted for violating his probation.

As 9 heavily geared officers lined up on the wooden balcony outside the apartment door, the structure cleanly detached from the building. It acted like a trap door, dropping the officers several feet to the ground in under two seconds.

Despite the sudden impact and heavy gear, no law enforcement weapons accidentally discharged during the fall.

The suspect, Munoz, was not inside the apartment at the time of the collapse. After learning about the incident, he turned himself in to the Randolph County Jail later that day.

That one guy stepped casually (seems to have been told to, by the other guy touching his arm to motion him to move) from the rail toward the building, suddenly critically exceeding the ancient structure's psf rating just enough, in just the right spot.

I see a lot of humor here. Glad the officers weren’t injured but that’s some funny shit when trying to do an arrest.

ICE dump

And the guy wasn't even there

[AllegedlyHere]

Didn’t help that they just got finished visiting the donut shop. All that doughy goodness was too much for the deck to handle.

Glad all the officers are okay.

I chose an average weight of 180 pounds and multiplied that by swine, err, I mean nine, to reach the total of 1,620 pounds and comedy gold.
