Scooter Rider Hit Hard
A 28-year-old electric scooter rider was hit by a vehicle and seriously injured in Tel Aviv Israel. The victim was taken to the hospital with head and limb injuries.

i really hate drivers who goes that fast on an intersection even after seeing several vehicles stopped on the other lane in the same direction. no brain to think that those vehicles may have stopped because something or some activity is happening in front.
