Rusty CNG Gas Cylinder in Car Explodes when Pumping Gas
A car that was filling the tank with CNG at a gas station in Rio de Janeiro, exploded this morning. At least two people were injured. A man was taken to the Municipal Hospital and a woman was taken to the another Hospital in the Center. The victims were outside the vehicle at the time of the explosion. M. M. da P, 67, is in serious condition. The woman has not yet been identified and there is still no information about her condition. The car was destroyed, as well as the cover over the gas station's fuel pumps. No attendants were injured. They said the explosion was in the vehicle's gas cylinder, which was in disrepair, rusted. |

Re: Rusty CNG Gas Cylinder in Car Explodes when Pumping Gas
He was alive right after the explosion too, but needed immediate help to survive. Obviously he didn't live. He might have lived if he had been taken to a world class hospital without delay. It's 2022 and this wasn't the work of a car bomb. That car was powered by propane. He went to the trunk to check the gas tank. Who knows what happened to cause it to explode. However, the gas he had stored up ignited all at once somehow, causing the explosion. ![]() For sure. Without a doubt she's injured in many different ways. First of all there's no way she didn't suffer from some form of permanent hearing damage, like you're saying. If she's lucky all she'll have is mild to moderate tinnitus for the rest of her life. Secondly, there's the metal trauma. Survivor's guilt, or even just seeing someone she knew die in front of her. She's lucky to be alive, but definitely injured in many different ways. |
