"Near Novosibirsk, a woman driving a car skidded, and she knocked down 4 people who at that moment were walking along the side of the road. According to preliminary information, they were seriously injured and were hospitalized."

2 out of 4 didn't see it coming. Don't think it mattered, wonder how fast they were going? Video made it feel slower than I know it was. |
