Russia - 4 People Injured In Explosion
"State of emergency in the trading house of Nazran - an explosion of domestic gas. Four people were injured, including one child. They are being treated in the republican hospital. The second floor and attic are on fire. List of victims after the explosion in the trading house of Nazran: A.A. born in 1998 - in intensive care with 90% of the lesion in an extremely serious condition. A.M. born in 2002 - in intensive care with 40% of the lesion in serious condition. M.B. born in 1977 - medium burns to the face and hands. 4-year-old boy - burns to the face and hands."

Seems to me that houses in Baltimore seem to do this a lot too. Lots of gas leaks there.
