A security guard at an establishment in St. Petersburg decided that a client had enough to drink, making too much noise. He sprayed the 41 year old visitor in the face with a gas canister. After that, the man ran out to the street where he was hit by a car driven by a 50 year old man. Now the victim is hospitalized in serious condition. Police are investigation the case.
