In Rosey-Named Town of Uglich, Car Torn Apart Fleeing Cops W/ Serious Injuries
The accident happened on January 25 after midnight in Uglich, Russia. What kind of car can be torn like that in a head on collision? Its not like it was T-boned by a truck or something.
