Road Rage Involving Skewer Stabbing into Radiator

The attacker was overtaken by dashcam car and during that some water from a puddle ended up in the car of the attacker because he drove around with the window open so he cut him off and stabbed a skewer into his radiator and also tried to stab him in the face. (not shown)
Police is notified and they are looking for him.

So, I guess the unwritten rules are... the longer your license plate is the more you either drive like an asshole or act like one
