I would say it was the second truck's fault for driving too fast ,too close to the first truck.

Observing the traffic on the road there, looks like traffic goes by pretty fast and is accepted as rule. Also, why the hell wouldn't the dumbfuck moped driver be the one at fault? He caused it all. And while blame is being handed out, why wouldn't the 1st trucker not be at fault either? As well as whoever is in charge of road safety. But the only acceptable one at fault is the 2nd truck driver. SMFH.  |
