Request: Sixers Player Kelly Oubre Hit by Car in Center City, Philadelphia
I dunno if a new thread is the best avenue for a request, but Kelly was only injured and it doesn’t qualify as a death request. I’m just looking for footage of it to determine who was at fault. I’ve looked myself and haven’t turned the correct stones over, I guess. It’s gotta exist somewhere having occurred downtown in one of the biggest cities in the country. Thanks for your help.
