I've watched it 3 times now. The victim is wearing dark pants and a light colored jacket - same as the girl who crosses the walkway prior to the accident. The only thing missing on the victim is the hat...which could have flown off during the crash.  |

Think the car hit one of those two people walking past the camera earlier and sent her cartwheeling through the air to hit the mini van.
