Red Light Running Biker Doing a Wheelie Hits Guy on Crosswalk
A 20-year-old biker without a license ran a red light, performed a wheelie, and hit a young man at a crosswalk, then fled the scene. However, he soon turned himself in to the police station, but on foot. On this occasion, the Dagestan traffic police made a video and warned that the offender faces either a fine (up to 300 thousand rubles) or imprisonment for up to two years. |
