Nope. That truck on the right side is a Ford. They all have racks in that part of the planet.

I think the Toyota PU truck fled the scene. He may have slipped past the cameraman's left side while the man was dismounting his motorcycle and had his camera pointing toward the right shoulder.

It looks like this vehicle was stopped half in the shoulder, causing the stopped Toyota and Lancer.
