i still think this is fake, I think the reporter's been added afterwards, he just looks strange, something about him looks wrong while he's stood there before the car hits. and after the car hits you see everyone running to the car, no one runs down behind the car to go make sure the reporter is alright. you would expect those fire fighters to run down straight to the reporter if he was there |

The photographer isn't hit. Watch the vid carefully; he has actually moved away from the tree, further away from the camera and to the left of it. The car actually passes just in front of him, striking the tree that is the next one closer to the camera shooting this vid. You can see him standing beyond the car, over the bonnet of the car, if you pause it. He probably crapped his pants, but that's about it.
