That dude has the worst reflexes I have ever seen.The first car was clear before he swerved and no attempt at all to miss the parked car. |

From my amateur viewpoint, the driver had very good reflexes. His brake light (as opposed to lights) brightened immediately. He did turn his wheel to the left but his brakes were locked up. He skidded to the left into the parked car. Wet roads do that, you know.
