I feel terrible for him, sometimes a computer is not the best for determining your awake status in real life. Also, that was such awful timing, if he'd fallen asleep 10 seconds earlier, he might have avoided going down there, and 10 seconds later he'd have bopped the guardrail or went I to the ditch regular style. His form was impeccable as far as how he wasn't overcorrecting or freaking out, too, meaning he'd have probably only had minor damage to the underside, maybe a stripped oil pan at the worst and some suspension, tire and rim damage, but not a totaled truck if he hadn't fallen asleep right then. And always net yourself in for this reason exactly if you're sleeping in the back. |
