Pug Falls from Balcony Upon Female Pedestrian's Head
Mexico. The woman acted as a human airbag because her head completely cushioned the dog's fall. Both the woman and the pug were able to get up immediately and survived without serious injuries.

Well, it was raining A DOG, at least! Glad they are both OK.  If it had been really raining cats and dogs, she could have stepped in a poodle! |

Exactly as I suspected, the Dog Distribution System is nowhere near as graceful and orderly as the Cat Distribution System. Also, that damn dog's name better be Frank. |
