It's hard to tell who's fault it was. See, the dude crossing that big-ass sketchy looking street HAD to have been legitimately crossing(on his white). However, you notice the traffic on his opposing side coming to a stop, and the PT still going, then...ka-blam. I am thinking maybe, just maybe, the dude was crossing a little too late, like his light was blinking "hurry up asshole" and the PT was just hitting yellow and the SUV(damn them all) just happened to be running the red. Wrong place, wrong time.
