Poor Maintenance Building Collapses in Cairo
A block of flats collapsed in the Maadi district of Cairo, Thursday.

The collapse allegedly occurred as a result of negligence on the part of the local council. Some locals said that they did not have time to collect their possessions before fleeing the building after hearing abnormal noises and feeling tremors.

To be fair a pyramid is just a pile of stacked rocks. Anybody can stack rocks in any type of shape and as long as nobody touches them it will last as long as rocks take to erode. But yeah, that's some shitty third world construction
