He doesn't appear to have his lights and sirens on while he is going around stopped traffic at a clearly marked pedestrian crossing. In the litigious United States this would be a "Ka-ching!" moment.

Oops...that's gonna cost that agency. As much driving as police worldwide do everyday, I've always been suprised that there aren't more traffic collisions.
