The video is legit: it was aired by RAI: some dude in the attempt to do an U-turn sligtly hit the Carabinieri's car, which rolled over after bouncing to some parked cars (Fiat punto, BAAAAD choice): no one was injured if memory serves, but the asshole was caught minutes after.
