I agree with Kelly..how did the police car cause the accident? If anything that lorry driver panicked and caused the accident. Looks like India or something anyway, so driver tests there just "heres some keys..off ya go". |

To me it looks like the lorry swerved into the barrier after the cop car passed, and bounced off, maybe the road wasn't as wide so thats why he swerved?
