Plainclothes Cop Ran Over Security Agent After Not Paying Toll
At a tollbooth in Lima, Peru, a driver, identified as non-commissioned officer R. J. H, intentionally rammed a Nor Vial worker while trying to place a safety cylinder. The worker was thrown 8 meters away after being run over and the attacker fled. The security cameras at the tollbooth were key to tracking the vehicle and the driver, who was captured after fleeing. The car was found abandoned.   |
