Piece of Ice Falls from Roof Onto Woman's Head
On Friday, February 13, a block of ice fell on a 40-year-old woman from the roof of a building. Passersby called an ambulance. The woman was taken to the hospital with injuries. The Investigative Committee's department has opened a criminal case under the article on providing services that do not meet safety requirements (Part 1, Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Investigators are identifying those responsible for removing snow and ice from the roof of the building, according to a statement from the Moscow Region Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee. The woman's condition has not been reported. |

Bonus: A passing pensioner got hit by falling ice and snow from the roof of a building. She was serious injured and taken to the Hospital.

That first video… There’s one person, one ice block of ice and a large building front. That single block smacks into that one person like it had a mind of its own and was pissed off at her specifically. Life is strange. |
