Well, the flatbed driver was getting ready to pull away. I guess the guy who lost his head was in a hurry and not paying attention. Besides, I doubt that triangle woulda stopped him.

he couldn't pull away until his bed was up. The triangle stays down until everything is secured so other drivers know to be cautious. He's bed wasn't up when he pulled the triangle marker.... it's the truck driver's fault (though really, it's an accident and probably would've happened regardless)
