If you notice at the beginning of the video, she's walking on the CAR side of the parking area, (versus on the forward side of the parking stubs, where people can walk and not interfere with cars) I guess until enough cars make her decide that that's not a good idea. Then she runs out in the street while the cars are already moving. She met Darwin for sure. Hope he explained it to her.
