Dumbass driver. That is why I always peek around the first car in cases like that. To many times seen that happening.

yyeeeaahhhh wtf? HOW is it the drivers fault...unless its a stop sign or light or something? It does appear to be a designated crosswalk (blue sign) but that doesn't mean a a pedestrian can just run out nilly willy for no fucking reason and expect traffic to not hit him...

 the pedestrian stood there waiting, the driver slowed down, that is a legal street crossing, do you need a red flag and a clown walking in fron of the guy as well to see him? The law is simple, you see a car stop before a crosswalk you stop as well, you do not, well next time I hope it is you that crosses a street in front off another goof like that.  |
