I'm pretty sure the camera vehicle is also a truck. It seems quite high set (the cam is at the base of the wind screen), it's bouncing around like a truck would, and @ 00:30, the oncoming truck gives a 'hello' flash of his high beams as drivers do when they're employed by the same company.
