Guessing from the bus coming in the opposing direction of the camera car in the left lane, it appears that the left and right lanes are mass-transit-only lanes? If so, then the cyclist was a complete idiot to be blasting up the wrong way in a mass-transit dedicated lane! Does anybody know where this happened and/or explain how a road like this works? Pretty please? |
