Re: Out of Control Car Hits Four Parked Cars
It seems there are a great many accidents in Russia where the cars slide out of control, even on dry roads. Is it possible that the road surface material there does not give rubber tires a decent grip? I know that roads in Hawaii are particularly slick even when dry because the asphalt made there has a lava base.
