The first one looks like a separate occurrence and the last three are another. In the first video the car stops flat in the street after hitting the pole. It doesn’t roll over on its side.

Was posted in one batch. Compare vid 1 to vid 3 and see that first guy that was hit laying in the exact same position under that bow shaped lightpole plus the car is in the same position but possibly flipped over by people as one could have been trapped underneath and when the vid pans around you see that red/white blocked barrel at the median barrier end.

The police bike is stationed just behind the first fallen moped (that was already removed in vid 4)
Notice the Crosswalk striping, round sidewalk and yellow line on it and that steel fence. The woman is standing right next to that curved lightpole that you can't see in vid 4 as the cam doesn't pan to the left far enough.
