Where? If anyone can do some more screencaps, I'd appreciate it. I've paused and paused and checked and can only see a face. The truck is smashed in but the red could be from a colliding car. I can't see the moment of impact where his head went, only the face.

Why did he turn left into oncoming traffic, making the crash worse? Natural reaction is to swerve off the road, at least for more people.
