The initial impact doesn't look deadly...but the van must have flipped for that extra damage to occur and guy to be flung out like that. No seat belt though? Not sure if it'd have been a life saver here...or not. Not sure if these 2 cars were racing. Just looks like inattentive drivers about to get into the same lane at the same time.  |

That weren't no pit manoeuvre, that was just a stupid driver crashing into the back of a minivan.
