One of 2 Pedestrians Crossing the Road Dies After Being Hit by Drunk Motorist
A 30 and 31 year-old man were using the crosswalk to cross the road when a drunk motorist hit them. Both were brought to the hospital where one died half hour later. The 39 yo drunkass faces 3 to 7 years jailtime and claimed he never saw them. duh. |

The drunk piece of shit should be locked up and the key thrown away as far as I'm concerned but you gotta look both ways regardless of whether you're using a crosswalk or not...how the fuck do you just walk in front of a van moving at highway speed without even glancing to the side?!?

You can't just expect cars to stop because your in a crosswalk. Drunk, texting, changing a radio station, elderly are all drivers who would have killed those mindless zombies. I guess mom never taught them to look both ways.

People...you are not bullet proof. Walking isn't the "Trust Fall" you have to have some common sense when crossing the street. Drunk or not don't just walk out in front of a car not slowing down.
