Harbin, Heilongjiang: On December 14, 2019, a bus suspected of slipping on a snowy road without stopping the car, rushed onto a sidewalk and knocked down a street light pole. At the time of the accident, the old man was waiting for the bus with his wife on the sidewalk. The specific cause and responsibility of the accident are still under investigation. |

the main cause icy roads, driver is at fault by bus going to fast, Head trauma by lamp post is item that struck the victim. don't know why it takes a long drawn out investigation to finish the report.
