Subtitles fake. In a nutshell the reporter says its 10PM at the beach and you see all kinds of people and drunks. The victim said he was talking to a man and they he was assaulted and he robbed his pants. The reporter asked him where he was drinking and he gives the name of the place. The reporter goes on to say the guy is drunk and has crapped his pants. When the police arrive the reporter states the man's name and identifies him as a student from a particular city. - I have a feeling the dude was too drunk to feel the ass whipping he got...
