Whilst it is undeniably stupid to walk out from in front of a large vehicle such that other drivers can't see you, the driver of the grey car was going far too fast passing a stationary bus in the left lane. I always slow down when I see that because I know some fucking moron is going to dash across the road and try to kill themselves...
