Nashville Fire Department Truck Crashes into a Chiropractic Office
The fire engine was returning from a call when the driver lost control due to a meical emergency. The truck veered off the road, hit several sheds and a telephone pole, crossed both lanes of traffic, and struck 2 parked cars before slamming into the building at Old Hickory Boulevard and Fields Drive. Two semi-truck drivers witnessed the engine veering and blasted their horns, which alerted staff inside the clinic. The driver was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. As of Friday, he was reported to be in good spirits and is expected to make a full recovery. Two people nearby suffered minor injuries while jumping out of the truck's way, but they declined transport to the hospital. There were more than a dozen people, including children, inside the building during the impact. Dr. Kevin Bradshaw and his staff successfully evacuated everyone from the hallways and treatment rooms just moments before the crash; no one inside was injured. The building sustained significant structural damage. Dr. Bradshaw expressed gratitude for the community's support and stated he hopes to reopen as soon as possible to continue treating patients. |

Well, if it was "Irony" for that ambulance accident, then THIS was "Firony" And did the chiropractor say: "Thank you! Thank you very much!"? |
