India. The family of R, who was travelling on a bike, and died in a road accident, has alleged that the incident was a deliberate murder and not a simple accident.

According to them he and a friend had an argument with the occupants of the vehicle involved about 10 minutes before the incident.

The family has lodged a complaint with the police. A woman who was travelling with the victim informed the family about the earlier altercation. The victim’ father also claimed that police found the vehicle’s occupants to be under the influence of alcohol.
