Municipal Employee Hit by Car
An 18-year-old municipal employee was hit by a car in Monterrey. The driver responsible, a 65-year-old woman from Florida, was identified and arrested at the scene. According to initial reports, the incident occurred accidentally. Fortunately, the young worker is out of danger.
