it was a training exercise in the U.K.the cable was the wrong one for lifting two people and it snapped,both were qualified mountain rescue workers and yes they both survived.sorry but if id broken my legs up there and they came for me it would be a case of"no thanks lads,ive seen you in action,ill make my own way down on my arse,not on my face like you fuckers"lol
