Motorist Loses Control of Car Turns Over Killing 77 Yo Passenger
50 year old motorist lost control of his vehicle which resulted in a roll over crash. Two 77 year old passengers were brought to the hospital where one of them died.

Lots of potholes, it seems. Car might be a piece of shit that needs new tires or has a shot suspension. That would make it bounce a lot more than it should, and it's easy to lose control of a car that way.
