Yeah, they are one or two steps above brick throwing and tire burning, although I sometimes think that type of punishment is justified depending on the severity of the crime.  |

Damn, looks like he hit that female ped as part of his 2nd crash while fleeing. Easily could have killed and crippled his victims. Lynching justified.
