That was one LUCKY biker. flipped over the handlebar, but landed on something moving the same speed. It actually might have been worse if the guy had jammed on his brakes. He might have slid right over the front of the car and landed on the pavement.

Driver is fucking stoned out of his mind. FYI, taking the damage waiver on a rental car only protects you from liability for damage to the vehicle. It doesn't cover the costs of you injuring others.
